President tried to emphasize the real impact of the bill by reflecting on the individual stories of people who have supported reform. Finally after much ceremony the President actually signed the bill using some twenty pens. Each of the pens will be distributed to the most influential individuals in making the bill law.
И, конечно же, Вице-Президент Джо Байден (Joe Biden) тоже сказал “свое” слово. Слово это начиналось с буквы “F”.
Yikes, here is the now infamous video of the day's—and democracy's?—most important and historical event: Joe Biden (allegedly!) tenderly whispering "This is a big f—ng deal" into Barack Obama's ear. If Joe Biden uses up all his gaffes now he will have none left for financial regulatory reform!
